TRANSFORMING MENTAL HEALTH CARE
Empowering You to Live a Fulfilling Life
To build a space where care is collective, voices are met with gentleness, and every healing journey is held with care and compassion.
To nurture presence in every conversation, where being heard is as important as what is spoken while creating space for stories to unfold.
We believe your path to fulfilment deserves consistent and gentle support.
HEART OF OUR PRACTICE
The values that shape our therapy and the way we walk alongside you.
Narrative-Centred Healing
We understand people through stories, not just symptoms. Together, we explore the narratives that shaped you and gently separate you from the problem. Healing begins when you reclaim authorship of your own story.
Trauma-Informed Presence
We move at a pace that honours your nervous system and safety. Care here is steady and regulated,
Relational Ethics at the Core
We practice transparency, cultural humility, and accountability in how we show up. Ethics is not policy alone; it is how we sit with you.
Agency and Choice
Your past matters, but it does not define your future. We strengthen your capacity to respond in ways aligned with your values. Even within constraint, there is space for choice
HOW IT WORKS
Clarity is closer than you think
Ready When You Are
Begin your journey toward care and clarity today. Your first step can be as simple as saying hello.
FOUNDER’S WORDS
Who started it all
Manya Krishna
Founder and Chief Clinical Psychologist
Mphil Clinical Psychology, RCI licensed and Gold Medalist
This space was born from my belief that Healing doesn’t have to label focused or distant. I wanted to build a place where care feels human, where your voice matters, your pace is respected, and your story is honored. For me, therapy is less about answers and more about asking the right questions, together.
HEAR FROM THOSE WHO'VE BEEN WITH US
Change the future of how you feel
Manya has been incredibly supportive through my journey of therapy. She has always been very receptive and made sure I have the best tools to help myself. With her, therapy has always felt easy, safe and empowering.
I’ve very much enjoyed working with Manya so far. She’s helped me gain a better understanding of how my experiences shape me as a person, which has helped me overcome unpleasant assumptions about myself and feel more confident as an individual.
My sessions with Manya have helped me slow down and make sense of things that once felt overwhelming. She brings a steady presence that allows space for reflection, and over time I’ve felt more grounded and clear in the way I approach myself and my life.
Your questions, answered
How do I know if I need therapy?
You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to consider therapy. Many people seek support when they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or are navigating changes in relationships, identity, or life transitions. Sometimes it’s about making sense of difficult past experiences, while at other times it’s simply about wanting to understand yourself better and grow. If you find yourself wondering whether therapy might help, that curiosity itself can be a meaningful sign that taking this step could support you.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a gentle starting point. We take time to understand what brings you here, what feels urgent, and what you are hoping for. We aim to foster a sense of safety and trust that aids in the process of sharing and we value taking it slow to honour your boundaries.. We also talk through boundaries, confidentiality and what a supportive therapeutic relationship looks could like for you, setting the foundation for our work ahead.
How long is a session?
A standard session is usually 50–60 minutes.
How often should I attend?
Most people begin with weekly sessions, which gives consistency and momentum to the process. Over time, depending on your needs, we may decide together to meet less frequently.
Is everything I share in therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share remains confidential, held with care and integrity. There are only a few legal and ethical exceptions mainly around immediate safety or risk of harm. If such a situation ever arises, your therapist will always try to speak with you first. Otherwise, your experiences, memories, and hopes stay between us.
How do I know if therapy is working for me?
Therapy often creates subtle shifts over time rather than instant changes. You may notice yourself feeling lighter after sessions, gaining new perspectives, or responding differently to situations that once felt overwhelming or triggering. Sometimes progress looks like greater clarity, self-awareness, or simply feeling heard and supported. It can also mean recognizing your own agency in making choices aligned with your values. If you are unsure, we can reflect together on what feels helpful and adjust the process to better suit your needs.
